Lakeland Group - ICF Alignment Systems

Lakeland was the first company to engineer a complete Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) alignment system. From that point on, Lakeland has continued to refine and develop our alignment systems to retain our leadership in the alignment market.

Health and safety is Lakeland's foremost concern when we engineer our products. When a product leaves our facility, it meets all codes and in-house testing set up by our quality control and ISO 9001-2000 standards.

Products

Lakeland offers standard alignment systems as well as Tall Wall alignment systems.

  • All of the components use structural grade steel manufactured from engineered stamped drawings.
  • Our safe working platform exceeds OHSA requirements.
  • Our products are the easiest to use in the business, with bonus features such as gravity pins, quick pins, folding scaffold platform with open tops, and removable guardrails.

Strongback Supports

Our strongback supports are manufactured from 14 ga. galvanized coated steel. To ensure our tolerances, we CNC punch and form our strongbacks to provide the best products to our customers. The strongback comes in three sizes for our customers, which are manufactured using the same materials and the same manufacturing process.

Jack Assembly

The jack assembly is manufactured using a series of hydraulic crimping/stamping and welding techniques that provide us with the strongest jack on the market. All of our crimped components are CNC machined to provide us with the closest of tolerances. This, in correlation with the zinc coated length adjuster, the high quality anti-seize compound and our multi-stage baked powder coat finish makes our jack superior in corrosion resistance and trouble-free use.

Longevity

The emphasis on our alignment system was to engineer, certify and build the strongest, safest and most user friendly we could. The painted parts are finished using a powder coating system to provide excellent durability and corrosion resistance. Normal handling and maintenance will allow for many years of dependable service.
